In Brillosa we believe in the fundamental value of human resources for the company, so our first efforts are directed to the selection of our staff.
In these times of globalization, increased unqualified personnel make it difficult to recruit the right people. So we have to very careful in the selection process to ensure reliability. In the process, one of the points we value most, apart from experience, is confidence and honesty, because that is the requirement of the type of service we offer.


Once the personnel is selected, previous training in the premises of the company is done and a full training is planned for later, and the corresponding initial medical examination. They are given all the documentation of risk prevention, as well as the "general rules" for a better functioning of the employment relationship and its positive impact on customers. From there on, BRILLOSA presents a new management model based on the organization of human resources through the implementation of measures we explain in continuation and allow us to reach our goal, which is none other than TOTAL QUALITY.

  • PRESENCE / ABSENCE: BRILLOSA guarantees the proposed presence, covering a 100% absences due to authorized leave, illness, holidays, licenses or any unforeseen, thanks to a large company staff and responsiveness of our supervisors and the organization and structure of the company in the Balearics with a workforce of over 370.
  • TRAINING: In BRILLOSA we understand the importance of having a crew of OPTIMUM staff to carry out any operation of services. This means not only having the right staff, but it must have the skills and knowledge to perform the tasks they are responsible for. To ensure that the knowledge, skills and attitudes are correct, our management model puts an important role in the training of personnel. This, finally, allows us an overall increase in performance and therefore the quality of service. Constant staff training in new methods and techniques as well as theoretical and practical, helps to remember and update their knowledge for development, motivation and effective performance on tasks, and to meet the required quality levels.
  •  OTHER GARANTIES in HR:
    • PPE y UNIFORMITY:We supply our staff with all PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required, such as non-slip safety shoes, gloves, harnesses, etc. First aid kit for our cleaning staff. We also care very much for the image of the staff and your company and we equip them with professional uniforms and / or coveralls with identification.
    • PLAN OF EQUALITY: Within the social concern of our company, we have implemented a plan for equal treatment and opportunities between men and women and the elimination of all discrimination on grounds of sex.
    • PSYCHOLOGICAL HARASSMENT PROTOCOL, BASED ON SEX HARASSMENT AND PSYCHOLOGICAL HEALTH AND SAFETY: We have implemented a protocol, which establishes actions to be taken in our company to prevent and react to complaints concerning harassment, or situations that may be established and cataloged as "psychological harassment", "sexual harassment" or "gender harassment".
    • SOCIAL SECURITY AND OTHER COSTS: To provide the services, Brillosa guarantees that its workforce is insured and the social security is paid. We offer the customer a contribution document (TC2) and a certificate that proves the payment of social security obligations, exempting you of any responsibility. We also provide a tax certificate to prove to be abreast with all payments to the tax authority, whether generic or referred to the contractor. As well as any other certificate, you need. In our offers we include wages, social insurance, accident insurance, overtime pay, vacations, insurance agreement, bonuses, incentives, transportation or mileage, PPE, uniformity, supervision, training, etc.
