For the integration of people at risk of social exclusion
Agreement with Caritas: to integrate people at risk of social exclusion.
We started the relationship with Caritas in 2006, through a collaborative program of joint training schemes, enabling the realization of work practices for people who were trained by Caritas. In this way they could apply their knowledge, they learned in the class, at our facility developing and improving basic social and working skills in a real work environment most similar to a possible future job.
In 2008 Caritas extended the program by accompanying and supporting candidates in the job search, considering the job placement through recruitment and suitability for the job in question. Since then we collaborated in hiring several people.
